Technical Operations & Team Leadership
Led a 130-person information systems flight delivering service-desk support, infrastructure management, information assurance, and communications services. The environment supported more than 9,000 users and platforms valued at over $35M.
In a separate assignment, led a 187-person strategic operations flight spanning military personnel, civilians, and contractors. Helped activate a strategic communications squadron that sustained 99.7% system uptime.
